Equine InnovateX – Your Pathway to Equine Entrepreneurship and Innovation

The equine sector is changing. New technologies, new business models, and new social challenges are shaping how we work with horses across Europe.

Equine InnovateX is an open, youth-centred learning programme designed to help young people turn their passion for horses into meaningful careers, enterprises, and community impact.

Whether you want to start something new, build a freelance path, work in the sector, or bring digital tools into traditional equine settings, this programme gives you the structure, tools and confidence to move forward.

All resources are free, open access, and designed for flexible learning.

Who is it for?

Young People (16–30)

You might:

  • Love working with horses
  • Be exploring self-employment or entrepreneurship

  • Be living in a rural, remote or urban area

You do not need a business background. You only need curiosity and motivation.
